Top class customer service!
It was the only website I could find what I needed at a decent price. Lots of range of tiles to choose from too. Super quick delivery and Andy was very helpful when I needed to make many enquiries regarding products and delivery/returns he kept me updated on everything, very good customer service … I contacted love mosaic via the what’s app and the response was immediate, I highly recommend this company.

What a great company! Their customer care is excellent. Communication is brilliant throughout and Andy was incredibly helpful and willing to give any advice I asked for. Tiles are gorgeous, dispatched very quickly at a very reasonable shipping cost. It’s rare nowadays to be able to give 5 stars but this company more than deserves it.
A good experience
Samples came quickly and well packed. The sample was followed up with an email to check in which was appreciated. On ordering, I received a call saying delivery would be delayed, but the timeframe was no bother and the tiles were delivered exactly on the new date we were advised. Communication with the company was friendly and helpful. I'd order from them again without hesitation.

I haven’t actually ordered any tiles yet but am going to. I ordered samples in the afternoon and they came the next morning. Excellent service!!
